JOB POST – 03/07/14

We are seeking a freelance Project Co-ordinator to work on behalf of LOV to support and mentor our Young Production Team (YPT) as they enter the world of theatre production and to act as a link between the young people, Vagabond’s Hat and LOV; as the commissioners.

TIMESCALE: The Project Co-ordinator will be contracted to work from August 2014 until mid-November 2014 and will be involved in the recruitment and selection process during August 2014.

FEE: The total fee is £1750 (excluding VAT) A work schedule is to be agreed with LOV prior to contract. The fee will be paid in instalments on completion of agreed milestones/tasks set out below. Limited travel expenses are available and are to be negotiated upon appointment. This is a freelance role and the successful applicant will be responsible for Tax and National Insurance, and will need to have public liability insurance. The Project Coordinator will be contracted by Leisure in the Community on behalf of Lincolnshire One Venues.

This is a site specific project with research and development, rehearsals, production and performances taking take place at Elsom’s Seed Factory in Spalding from 21 July- 31 August 2014.
